COMPLIANCE MANAGER
As your Compliance Select – Compliance Manager, we will help to oversee compliance with both consumer and commercial laws and regulations, as well as the Bank Secrecy Act.
The Compliance Select – Compliance Manager responsibilities may include:
- Maintains an advanced level of expertise and knowledge of the requirement of various laws, regulations, and rulings.
- Regularly advise institutions on laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations from the CFPB, OCC, FRB, FDIC, state regulators and other regulatory bodies.
- Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
- Assist, develop, and review bank policies and procedures.
- Manages and ensure compliance regarding the banks Compliance and BSA Program.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through regular reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit and exam discoveries and compliance violations.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Conduct reviews of advertising or marketing campaigns, policies, procedures, disclosure, notices, and a variety of other compliance-related documentation to ensure compliance with relevant requirements and best practices.
- Chair Compliance Committee and/or BSA Committee, as well as attended Board meetings, Risk Management and Audit Committees, as well as other meetings as necessary
