Compliance Manager

The Compliance Select – Compliance Manager service level is designed to provide your institution with a dedicated individual who oversees the compliance program. Whether you need assistance developing and/or updating your program, or just someone to ensure the bank is maintaining an already established program. As your Compliance Manager, we will help to manage compliance with both consumer, commercial, and bank secrecy act laws and regulations specific to your bank.

Compliance Officer

The Compliance Select – Officer service level will provide your institution with a dedicated individual advising your bank regarding compliance in a specific area of expertise such as BSA, CRA, HMDA, Deposit Operations or Lending. The Compliance Select Officer will provide best practices for assisting your institution meet its goals and maintaining compliance with related regulatory requirements.

Support Staff

The Compliance Select – Support Staff service level is designed to provide tailored support for your existing compliance and/or BSA team. As your Support Staff, depending on the bank’s needs, we provide assistance for daily tasks related to deposit and lending laws, BSA and OFAC compliance, as well as help with compliance with the CRA and/or HMDA regulations.
